PGWP! Are transcripts mandatory now?

My friends applied for pgwp using only the confirmation letter (May 2019) and no transcripts.
I have the letter but I will get transcripts on 11th September. Cic application says transcripts required.
My questions..
1) are transcripts mandatory now?
2) I can wait till 11 September but then should I leave my part time job, since I got my confirmation letter and I am no longer enrolled?

If you apply online, it actually has a section for transcripts to be uploaded, so I would assume it's mandatory. I just did it a couple days ago. My issue was with getting the letter of completion, administration at my school kept insisting that my transcript WAS my letter (to CIC apparently, it isn't). I guess mine doesn't get a lot of international students enrolling who are seeking work right after graduating so they're unfamiliar with this process

It is required but people have been granted pgwp without transcripts so I recommend you dont risk it. I think it does mention you can use unofficial transcript if official is not available but double check the rules. And yes you can only work part time until confirmation of graduation then u need to stop until you apply for pgwp then you can work full time if you applied with a valid study permit.
