PGWP approved but didn't receive the mail.

Hello members!
My PGWP was approved in August 2023, but I haven't received the physical document I was supposed to receive via mail. I had raised a web form earlier and they replied that they had confirmed my details and sent a request to the responsible department asking that they send me the document again. It's been a month since that reply still, I am waiting for the letter.
Please suggest what should I do next. TIA

Confirm that they have you correct address, include it in a web form and submit it. Can also call after sending the web form to make sure they got it.
