Again, the date of letter of completion and transcript was received, was July 2nd. so, an official letter stating program completion(which I need to apply for a PGWP) was received 90 days after the program was done. Upon receiving those i applied inside 30 days of receiving those documents.

VOC of the program was signed 2nd of July, which is the official date stating completion of the program which I need to apply for PGWP so, with that, I am within the 90 days, yes?

Should be okay as long as you didn’t get any notification before that date or in April that program was completed. Usually if program ends in April, you get notification within a couple of weeks.

Hello, happy Labor Day, I had a not-so-hypothetical option...for a one-year PGWP for which the application was submitted in July, and school was done in April, when do you think the PGWP starts counting?
