pgwp application

Hi,
I got refusal letter from the IRCC for my pgwp application at last month due to unprovided restoration receipt and unable to confirm my full time record. I reapplied the application with provided cover letter from my school attached on my graduation letter and restoration receipt that i purchased way before i receive the refusal letter. Is there anything i need to prepare? Also does anyone know how long will restoration process will take? I already reapplied at the end of August but wonder when can i get. By the way i applied this application at exactly 90days after my recent study permit expired. I found it should be within 90days, so i reapplied right away but is there will be any problem?

No, not at all, i didn't go school for one semester due to covid blockade. At that time school should close for 4months after they got thing from government to control the infected case. So that effect it, but i got cover letter.

But officially i got a letter for full time studies and transcript record also prove it.
