PGWP application problem

I applied for my PGWP on Jan 31st.

Last Friday I got an email from IRCC stating this:

This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. The following documents are required to
continue processing your application:
1111111111 - YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY:
Application IMM5710: A completed Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or Remain in
Canada as a Worker (IMM5710) Due to a technical error. Please provide a new application. This must be
received at this office by: 2020/11/17.


Do I need to only resend the form IMM5710 or make a whole new application?
