Looks like CEC applicant with permanent job without LMIA and PNP are screwed...only benefit they get is 35 points of Canadian experience.

Can any one tell me will there be a separate draw for CEC

Else it looks like we are screwed big time...

Nope same draw. But quota for FSW and CEC are different.

Thanks praneet..so what i understand is that say for Jan draw , there will be 5000 ITA given, may be 3000 for FSW and 2000 for CEC , and only top 2000 will be selected..am i correct?

As per the following instruction, it says which specific immigration program(s) will be included in the draw

These instructions will include:

the date and time of the draw,
the number of candidates that will get an ITA, and
if it applies, which specific immigration program(s) will be included in the draw.
If the instructions do not specify which immigration program the candidates must be eligible for, the draw will be based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.
