PGWP and SOWP EXTENSION Together

We made a mistake by applying PGWP of my husband and SOWP extension for me and I got refusal because he didn’t have teer job. It depends on the job of the PGWP person.

what did you do after? did you guys filled for reconsideration or reapplication. what was the last status. hope you have got the approval.

My wife's study is completing this week and will get her completion letter in January 2025. I am on SOWP valid till 30-April-2025. My wife has a part time job and is not able to secure a full time job yet. Can we apply for her PGWP and my SOWP together based on her part time job? I know my job doesn't make any difference but shall I include my job offer letter and paystubs to show regular income?

It's the same with me well. I've applied for an extension on my study permit. I am still waiting for it and have yet to apply for my wife's SOWP extension and my PGWP. However, she got her temporary extension till Feb-2024. My job is also casual part-time. Still waiting for the right guidance and what needs to be done.

did you talk or meet a lawyer regarding this. if yes can you share what was their opinions? i will have to file for sowp extension around 1st April,2024 . so i am worried what kind of rules will be applicable to us at that time as my wife will be on implied status because she will be filing er PWGP in this dec end and official pwgp approval period is around 165 days.

Is it advisible to apply PGWP along with SOWP extension, even though main applicant don't have required tier category job and update the paystubs later
