You must have a NOC A, B or 0 role in order for your husband to be able to extend his OWP.

Hi! If I'm going to apply for my PGWP together with my spouse's OWP. Am I allowed to seek for a job once I completed my program before I process our application?

Your question is a bit confusing. You can't submit the OWP application for your spouse until you have a NOC A, B or 0 job and can provide three pay slips to prove you're already working in that job. Maybe I have misunderstood your question.

Sorry, let my clarify my question. Is it legal to find or seek a job before I apply for my PGWP and my spouse OWP extension even my permit is a student permit? or is it advisable to apply for PGWP first before my spouse OWP extension?

Your question is still confusing. You can certainly look for work before you apply for a PGWP. However you cannot start working full time until you have applied for your PGWP.

In terms of your spouse's OWP, it is a mandatory requirement is that you already have a NOC A, B or 0 job at the time your spouse applies to extend the OWP. It doesn't matter if you submit the OWP extension application along with the PGWP application or if you send it later. The imprtant part is that you (the student / PGWP applicant) must already be working in a NOC A, B or 0 job.
