Hi,

I came to Canada dependent on spouse's student permit. Currently I work in Montreal on open work permit.
The situation now is that my husband is getting graduated and applying for PGWP, so will that effect my open work permit?

Also, we received our CSQ and applied for PR. If my husband gets his job in province other than Quebec, will my open work permit still be valid? Or we cannot move to other province till we get our PR?

Please let me know.

Thanks

To extend your open work permit, your husband must have a full time job that is NOC A, B or 0 - and must have already started working in this job and be able to provide a few pay cheques.

If you have applied for PR through the Quebec program, you need to continue living and working there until you have PR (or the PR application may be refused).
