PGWP and extension of spouse work permit visa

Hello guys

I am going to graduate from College this June and my wife just received spouse work permit visa. So, she is going to come here this month.

I know that my wife visa will be expired on the same date as my student visa expire date.

So, I would like to know when I have to apply for PGWP and my wife's work permit visa extension.

Should I apply both at the same time?

Any ideas how long it will take to process PWGP and work permit visa extension?

I am in Ontario.

You can only apply for your wife's OWP when you have your PGWP and have a job under NOC 0, A, B and have 3 pay stubs from your work.

She can apply to extend her stay as a visitor in the mean time, so within 30 days of her current permit expiring. She would be on implied status until a decision made but would still need to stop work when her work permit expires.

I was worried that she has to go back to her country coz her visa was rejected twice and she finally got a Spouse open work permit visa.

So can she apply for visitor visa if i have PGWP?

Do you happen to know how long she can stay in Canada with visitor visa?

Will it be the same length of my PGWP?

Also only 6 weeks of pay stubs needed (3 pay stubs) and a job description from your employer will need to be attached to her SOWP application.

Application for trv is until she receives her response from her SOWP. She will be on implied status and shouldn't leave the country.
