PGWP- after being part time student for one semester

My ongoing situation is this:-

1. I was in a 3yr Program , failed one subject by 1% (in 1st sem). Got around 48% in that subject
2. In 2nd sem i was a full time student, although there were some courses I couldn’t take (because i failed a course in 1st sem). And also i changed from3yr to 2yr program (withcomplete credit transfer)
3. In fall in 2020, i had to be a part-time student in order to complete that one course and i did that.
4. Now i have one more year to complete.

So how will this affect my PGWP? (Also i have a letter of explanation from my professor, explaining the reason why i failed that time. (i.e. due to being in online classes)

Technically you don't meet the requirements, you are only allowed to be part time in last semester. In practice, officers have wide discretion and may grant you PGWP anyway but no real way to know what will happen.

There are no options until you complete the program and apply. A letter from a professor may help but any official letter should come from the registrar.
Hey. I meant if my PGWP doesn’t come through. What can be my other options then ? Like what if i find a job or anything like that?

Your employer would need a LMIA & then you apply for a closed work permit. To get a LMIA, the employer has to prove no Canadian applied to do the job.

Stop, and start a whole new program.
That's one way, and make sure to be FT on this new course to get PGWP.
Is this thing possible (it sounds kind of dumb but technically i think it is possible)

The course i am currently enrolled in have to options one is diploma(2yr) and other is ADVANCE DIPLOMA(2+1 yr). I am in 2 yr program.

what if i first complete the 2 yr course and then take “re-admission” in ADVANCE diploma (3yr), get my credit transfer from 2yr course. That way i will technically be in a new course.
