Pgwp affect by peacebond

Hi did you received any update on your pgwp application. Actually I have been going through same I was charged because of a lie and then I got peacebond. Now I have to apply for my pgwp with an active peacebond so I am not sure whether I should mention that peacebond happened as it's not a conviction. And also did anyone faced the similar situation and what the outcome

You are obligated to mention regardless of being convicted or not. If this pops up during your background check, then they could even refuse your application on the basis if misrepresentation. Don't take that risk and attach a LOE when submitting your application!

There are many on this forum. You just have to dig in a little deeper for those threads. However, most of them mentioned it in their application and some got approved while others got refused.
