I have got a charge for domestic violence with my ex girlfriend and it’s still on going in the court as am charged and not convicted. Can anybody tell me will I get my Pgwp or I won’t ?

You will not know until a decision is made. If charged, it may be processed but if convicted then criminally inadmissible. You should be working with a really good criminal, immigration lawyer.So , I will get a Pgwp but not pr ? Or I am not eligible to get Pgwp itself ?
You will not know until you get a response. DV is a criminal offense.Am already in Canada . Still i won’t get it ? Or I will get Pgwp before my next court date ?

The charges was filed on aug9, 2024 .

Well you have to say yes, and it may be an issue because it is a very serious charge and makes you criminally inadmissible if convicted.The charges was filed on aug9, 2024 .

It is entirely possible with a DV charge. Talk to your lawyer ASAP about possible outcomes.So there is a big chance for me not to get Pgwp ?
