I have a question about travel/health insurance for PGP Supervisa.
My parents were given the PGP Supervise a few years ago, and the last time they arrived they bought their travel insurance through a Canadian insurance company.
However, they are thinking of returning for a visit, and this time they are thinking of visiting other countries besides Canada as part of their trip. They looked at some other options for travel/health insurance, and found an international travel insurance company offering higher coverage for travel to more countries (Canada included) with better rates compared to the Canadian insurance company we last used.
Does anyone know if it is possible for them to purchase their travel insurance through this international insurance company, or do CIC and CBSA officials at customs and immigration require all PGP Supervisa holders to have travel/health insurance only through Canadian insurance companies?
