PGP application in 2019

What is it going to be? Is it going to be changed from lottery? When is it opening?
I'd like to apply for my parents next year.

How can we apply on Jan 1, 2019 then according to wakki?

keep checking the IRCC website for details.......expect the traffic to be high when PGP 2019 opens for application.

You can't. That's a guess and an incorrect one, as Jan 1st is a holiday. It could open Jan 2nd, at the very earliest, but no one knows yet.

It seems to be too late to post details for a PGP application system which is supposed to be open in less than a week's time. And that too it is first come first serve this time. Has this been the case in earlier years too, i.e. details posted just in the nick of the time? Any guidance/indication will be appreciated....

It's only an interest form, not the actual application. Pretty simple to post the form.

With PGP application 2019, will they ask for income requirement for 2016, 17 & 18 or 2015,16,17?
They ask for notice of assessment, and while applying for 2019 PGP, we wont have tax filed for 2018.
Does that mean they will consider income requirement for 2015, 16 & 17?

We don't know yet. You'll have to wait until IRCC publishes the full requirements.

If you are sponsoring a parent or a grandparent, you must meet the minimum necessary income requirement for each of the three taxation years immediately preceding the date of your application.

We are a family of two. My spouse & I both will be applying for PGP separately for our parents. On the application form, under the family unit, should it be 6 for both of us (me, my spouse, her parents, my parents)? Since we would be co-signer in each other's application?

Yes, so you have to meet income for 6 persons in the last 3 years (2016,17,18)
