PGP application (Does not meet requirements)

Was lucky enough to get the invitation for PGP but got a letter from them that my application is incomplete.
Following is letter that i received (work to word).

....."A current, completed and signed Generic Application Form of Canada(IMM0008). This form has to be completed by the Principal Applicant and validated online with information for the Principal Applicant and all the dependents, if applicable, whether accompanying or not.

A dependent is defined by IRCC as a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a principal applicant or permanent resident. All dependents must be included on the Principal Applicant's application form."

People included in this application and people being sponsored:

• My dad (principal applicant)
• My mom (spouse)

I have an elder brother (30, married, NZ citizen) as well. Do you think my brother should also be added to the application. (Since by definition, he is not a dependent).

If no, then what dependent is cic talking about ?

URGENT!

Your Mom is the dependent of your father (Principle Applicant) in your case. So your mom needs to be listed on IMM0008.

Correct! My mom is listed in the application as a dependent of principle applicant. So, I have no idea what am I missing.

Hi there. What version of the form did you submit? On the left bottom corner it should say the date. Also, did you make sure everything was signed?

There are no grandchildren.

If everything seems okay, then it could also be their mistake. They have returned applications claiming a document or form is missing, when in fact they aren't missing. If you can apply again, you should do so with the new version for that form, from October 2017. I don't know what else could be wrong with this one, can be perfectly a mistake from their end.

Just be more clear, at the end of the IMM0008, there is a button to add dependent, and you filled all the required information of your Mom right there, right?

Didn't notice that, I believe you used the wrong IMM0008 Version. The correct version is IMM0008ENU_2D, Which indicated in the letter you received.

Didn't notice that, I believe you used the wrong IMM0008 Version. The correct version is IMM0008ENU_2D, Which indicated in the letter you received.

I used the same form IMM0008ENU_2D but it displays "IMM0008 (06-2017) E" at the left bottom of every page on the form.
I think the only thing that makes sense is that I didn't use the June instead of October version of that form.
