Yes, my webform appeal for reconsideration was rejected. Reason is my mom’s resume has gap. Right now still waiting to our MP, I asked help from them. No update up to now.

What is the channel to formally appeal other then web form ?

I have the exact same situation as you. I did the way scylla suggested. I am waiting for the feedback from IRCC. I just want to see if there is any other method I can do now.
