I know that I am eligible for the process, what should I pick for question 1?

Here is the question:
If you are found ineligible to sponsor indicate whether you want:
1) Withdraw your sponsorship application. All processing fees less $75 will be refunded.
2) Process with the application for the permanent residence. Processing fees will be retained.

Hello Guys,
I am few questions regarding IMM5768.
I am sponsoring my Mom.
My wife is a co signer and I have two dependent kids
If I am not wrong, I mentioned this in the form :-
1. You --------------------------------1
2. Current Undertaking ---- ---------1
5. Your spouse -----------------------1
6 Every other family member------- 2

Also I am confused in section 14. Employment history :- what should be written in Gross income/Benefits for period
is it for 3 years ?

I landed in Canada in May 2018. Even if my wife cosign with me we don’t full-fill the income requirement for the year 2018. Can i attach latter stating all this and can even show my income for the year 2021 which is will be more than 70k when my wife co-sign with me.

Is there any chance of positive response from IRCC. Or i apply and later on they refuse my application am i going to get my fee back?

I recently received the invitation to sponsor my parents. I have the following questions

[1] If I were to apply online, do I have to create one for the sponsor (myself) and one for my parents combined OR they have to be separate.
[2] How does IRCC link my application # 3E6 to that of the principal applicant.
[3] I went online with the userid I created myself at the time of submission of interest in October 2020. Now when I relogin, I don't see anything overthere. Is there a way for me to see the application I submitted in Oct/2020
[4] What is puzzling me is, if my (sponsor) user id is different and that of my parents user id is different how do they link to the sponsor
[5] Checklist has bunch of forms to be submitted online. There is NO detail as to where they have to be uploaded. Using sponsor's login OR I need to create a separate login for my parents ?

I think it is fine to just create 1user id (Sponsor's user id). Just submit the IMM5476 form where you (Sponsor) is the representative (Family Member) of Principal Applicant.

No you have to meet LICO for all 3 years. It doesn’t matter that you meet LICO for 2021. You should have never entered the pool because you were never eligible in 2018. You will be automatically refused.

Nope. Unfortunately you don't qualify and your application will be refused. You shouldn't submit the application since there's no chance of approval. IF you submit the application anyway, you'll only receive some of the fees back (not all of the fees) when the application is refused.

You can try applying... seems like you think yourself a special person, as you submitted EoI despite the fact that you knew you were not eligible (you knew you were not eligible and still you submitted, needless to say you think you are a special). You should not have submitted EoI

Now you have submitted and gotten an invitation, why don't you apply with explanation letter, as your planed. Oh yea, do mention in your letter that you think you are a special one thats why you applied in the first place.

But highly suggest you to apply!!!

Hi, I need some advise on the PGP 2021 online application regarding uploading photos. I have a hard copy of the Photo taken from a Photo Studio which has the Photo Studio stamp and all the required information. I also have the digital print of the same photo in good resolution (say, PhotoFront.jpg image)

Questions:
(1) Should I upload the good resolution digital image (in jpg format) of the face side (say, PhotoFront.jpg) and upload a scanned copy (in either jpg or pdf format) of the backside of the photo (say, PhotoBack.pdf) to the online application?

OR

(2) Should I scan (in either jpg or pdf format) and upload front side of the original hard copy of the photo (say PhotoFront.pdf) and then scan the backside containing parent name and photo studio information and upload that (say, PhotoBack.pdf) separately to the online application?

OR

(3) Should I scan (in either jpg or pdf format) the front side of the original hard copy and the backside containing parent name and photo studio information and upload them as a single file (say, Photo.pdf) to the online application?
