PGP 2021 Québec - CSQ non received

Hi, guys, I just wanna know if you have or had this situation:
My CSQ was approved in January, about 6 weeks ago. I know that because I’ve called MIFI and they told me that and they have transmitted the decision to IRCC at that time. But until now I still haven’t received it. Called MIFI several times, no update, just told me they haven’t sent it and keep waiting.
Is that normal? How can I do now?

I called them again today and always the same answer: They will send it as soon as possible. Hope I can get it next week.

If you only applied for PGP2021 processing time is 18-24 months.

yes, already 12 months passed.

Processing time is 18-24 months and many are going over 24 months so you are not past the processing time.

How long it took to receive the CSQ from the time you applied? Hope by now everything is set
