It depends. I submitted additional documents on November 03 2021 and received eCOPR on Jan 27 2022. Whereas my friend submitted additional documents on Dec 07 and received eCOPR within in a week.
Thanks for your reply. I guess I just have to wait then. I sent email twice in the portal email id but never got a reply.

Hi ,
My father received an email to submit aadhar card , voter id ,school records for proof of relationship to the applicant.
The email refers to my dad’s name who is the principle applicant to submit these documents.
We are bit confused as to whether they are asking my documents (the Sponsorer) or my dad’s documen
Can anyone please help me understand?

even i tried to scan the paper picture taken by professional. got same eroor.
did you took picture from your own camera. ?
Offcurse the letter addresses you father(principal applicant and dependent if there is any).
Normally, part of the letter where they ask you about additional documents mention the person name and their UCI#.
Wondering if any folks have experience about landing for parents which is principal applicant (my dad) out of Canada, dependent(mom)is in Canada. Will my mom not be issued a virtual landing until my dad landing physically?

Yes, PA has to land first. I am in a same sitiation like you. My dad has not landed yet. But once he lands I will post the experience here and steps for dependent to become PR if I get any lead.
We have sent several webforms requesting for virtual landing but no response since January 2022.
No, it was taken by professional. I just played around with the pixels and uploaded online. My parents received their PR cards in less than a month.
any updates on the next step? Still I didnt hear back after submitting the last documents (aadhar card/voter id)
