I used following option:
2,1,1,2,3,provide file #,1,principal applicant year of birth,1,1
You can hear the status any time even when the call centre is closed.

you will get to know about biometrics, additional documents request, background check and current status of application.

Hi , I m kind of worried that now people are getting medical request. In my case I received my AOR on Aug 30th and submitted my IMM5768 form via IRCC webform (as that was an option to send out the form). I m curious if CIC have actually recieved it or not. The current status right now is "submitted".
Last week a CIC officer called me to confirm a small check box i missed by mistake; She was ok with that and send consoled me that my file wont be returned because of that, so I thought Im ok.
But I havent received any updates or change of status since then.
SHould i call cic or send a web form again?

I also got the same I received appointment more than 60 days , as per the letter it states if it cant be completed within 30 days we have to send a webform with details that we couldn't do it and the reasons.

I am in the process of submitting my parents application for PR online. I have a silly question,do I have to submit two separate applications for them or just one with my dad as principal applicant and my mom as his dependant?

I haven't received medical exams either. I got approval to sponsor September 10th. I was also wondering the same thing. When you call do you get someone to answer?

Hi folks, I have a situation regarding old passports. My parents have to submit updated supplementary travels form since the age of 18.

Both my parents does not have one of the most oldest passport (before 1999) with them and both have travel history outside India. How should I explain this situation via LOE? Please help.

I havent recieved approval to sponsor either. Also how did you submit the IMM5768 form? via mail or web form? I havent called the CIC yet
