The income of your business do not have impact to your actual income (that's being considered by IRCC). So you can mention it as you will have protential income from that up building business eventually but that's only a prediction. Remember that money in your business is NOT your money unless is paied as dividen or income.
If you already meet the LICO to sponsor then I don't see the need of mentioning a business that you don't have any income from.
Thanks

Hi,
I have another question for my employment, in 2018 I left a company on Oct-27-2018 and joined another company on Nov - 05-2018. Should I mention the period of 9 days as a unemployed or just mention till end of the month i.e. Oct-31-2018 and starting date of new company as Nov-01-2018.
Thanks

Are you meeting LICO requirement for 2018 without your spouse? If you add your wife they will consider both your NOAs for 2028, 2019 and 2020. So if there is no NOA for 2018 it ideally should be considered as 0 (zero). So if you are able to make it 2018 LICO on your own it should be okay.

Hi, thank you for replying.
Yes, I meet the income requirement alone for 2018 and actually for 2020 as well.

One more question-, I sponsored my spouse in 2018, so she will still be under my current undertaking right?
If yes then can she still be a CO-Signer?

Thank you

Hi All,

My parents are in Canada on visitor visa too.
for residential address (form 5669) I have still used their indian address.
However for current country of residency (Form 0008) -writing “Canada” as there is a drop down for “Visitor” for status too.
I am not sure if this is correct though, please advise.

Hello,

Please I need clarification on birth certificate. I know the sponsor needs a birth certificate. Is the applicant required to provide a birth certificate as well?

Not sure if this mattes but there is discrepancy in the first line of address from IRCC.

ITA has CPC-M-PGP while document checklist has CPC-PGP

Which should we use please?

Application guide and document checklist both have CPC-PGP whereas ITA has CPC-M-PGP.

Not sure if that matters.

Only your birth certificate to prove your relationship to your parents. Unless you are sponsoring your grandparents, in which case your parents need birth certificate to prove they are related to their parents.

Hi
My birth certificate (Sponsor) was translated back in India in 2016 from a certified translator but never got it Notarized.
Do I need to get a fresh translation/notarization or can submit 2016 one and mentioning in LOE as still valid. Please advise

Question for Indian folks - Would you know if fresh police verification is triggered when we request for PCC at PSK ? The current address of my parents is the same as in their passports. Their passports were issued in 2017, so not very recent.

I have heard in some cases that fresh police verification is not triggered if your current address is same as passport. In that case PCC is issued quickly on the same day.

That was my experience long back during PR process.. PCC was granted same day at PSK.
