It is scheduled to get withdrawn in 2 weeks. The decision has already been made last year about withdrawing the charges.
And if I pay back Canadian Government everything that she took from Social Assistance. Can my parents application then be considered coz I took her responsibility for 3 years and if she takes any assistance then I will pay Canadian government back right away.
If she does anything wrong I can't control her actions. All I can do is pay for whatever assistance she takes.

Yes, if you pay everything back then your application will be considered. Generally speaking, if you owe money due to her taking social assistance, you would want to try to clear this before submitting the application. Of course hopefully not a problem for you.
As per court I am not supposed to contact her. How would I know if she took any assistance. Is there a way I can know about it? Can you please advise? Her 3 years will be over in May 2021. I am willing to pay beforehand.

I think we all who are not selected from many years should file a petition saying that who so ever filled up form and qualify they should start accepting them and May can start processing their application may be according to time submitted or time dice in Canada . Whatever. Everyone of us has right to call and stay with our parents. Atleast if we are in line we can get number mat be in 1 year 2 years 5 years doesn’t matter. Atleast the torture of applying every time and picked up should end. I don’t mind if my parents are coming in 2 or 3 years. But I think I will be satisfied that I am in queen. Atleast like spousal application parents grandparents application should be open throughput the year. I f we collect 500 dollar per person and if we are even 1000 people we can get enough money to fight case against government. It’s our right and we should fight
