Hello guys i need some help in terms of eligibility. I want to apply for my mother as well as my mother’s pr application ( my husband is pr as well)

year. My income. My husband income
2018. 30000 37800
2019. 37000. 31000
2020. 50000. 50000

Since we meet income criteria for 4 people So can we both apply for our respective mother’s pr while co-signing or not?

Assuming you have no children and both of your mothers are either divorced or their husbands are deceased, you have enough income.

Quick questions, I plan to apply for interest next week; however My wife is pregnant and due in January.

What income should I be looking on the table if i am sponsoring my 2 parents?

Would it be 2018 2019 4 people and 2020 5 people?

Please advice.

No update for instructions guide 2020 yet, strange IICRC is opening sponser interest form without posting the instructions guide!

hi all .... no clear guidelines issued so far - but one thing i have been told (we can check if its true later on when guidelines are issued) is that sponsor may be required to submit details of assets incl those in India owned by him or his pgp .... when guidelines are issued things will be clear and so far from what i hear (hearsay) is that now it is less of lottery and some sort of selection based on criteria which may be declared ..... dependence of pgp on sponsor will also matter considerably ..... hope the guidelines are issued soon

My income for 6 people including my parents is given below

2018--- 78000
2019--- 76000
2020--- i hope for 75000

Means i do not qualify for 2019. If my sister becomes co-signer to get eligible and my sister has 4 family members then do we have to qualify for 10 people means 4 my family 4 my sister's family and 2 my parents ?

If you don't meet income requirements, then yes, you'll need to wait until 2022 or 2023 to sponsor. If your sister makes enough money, she can be the sponsor with her spouse.

No she does not.... i think that is not fair because i qualify for 2018 and 2020 but not 19 then i will have to wait for next 3 years..

If I am correct, you only count the family size of 5 for year baby was born and beyond. So for 2018 and 2019 family size is 4.

Both your parents must be included in the family size, whether you are only sponsoring one parent or both. You can't around this rule.

Yes, that will impact your application. Unfortunately this will result in refusal. You cannot be short any amount of funds. You must meet the minimum in each year.

Sorry to hear that you are short for one year. Unfortunately, the machine-reading process will eliminate any mismatch or under requirement so your chance to get approved is next to zero... There is no emotion or human involved in this screening process yet. You may submit the interest to sponsor; you may even get selected but at the start of the actual process, you will be disqualified automatically. So, would you try?
