The website states that more than 10,000 invitations are to be sent to get at least 10,000 complete applications as many people won’t apply or get rejected due to ineligibility.

for example if 15,000 invitations are sent to get 10,000 complete applications but 12,000 complete applications are received than what would happen to the bottom 2,000 applications?
From the invitation email, how can one come to know if they belong to extra invitations that would be sent.

They will be accepted.

The other question I have is. In the form imm1344e. What shall I mention in the point below.

14) Have you been convicted of a sexual assault offence or serious violent offence against anyone, or an offence causing bodily harm against someone who is or was realted to you, on an attempt to commit such an offence?

I am confused about the last wording in point 14th "attempt to commit such an offence. I have never been convicted of any crime but just a false allegation against which the charges are getting withdrawn.

Please advise :)

I believe there is a way to check with the government to see if she has taken any assistance and you are therefore in default of your sponsorship support obligations. However I don't remember how people have done that.

I'm not sure about the above question. You are still under a peace bond and they charges aren't yet withdrawn. Might be a good idea to confirm with a lawyer.

Does it asks for the parents birth certificates? I saw they only ask sponsor's birth certificate to prove the relationship..

Yes, you are right. They ask only for sponsor's birth certificate; and not parents.

How you are fulfilling the criteria related to parents' marriage certificate and curriculam vitae?

Thanks

Looking for some help/advice on IMM 5768e-Financial Evaluation for parents sponsorship

Im the sponsor, my wife is the co-signer and we have a 7-year-old son- so 3 + my parents being sponsored a total of 5

Now:Section: Financial requirement: Box 7: comes to 5 (total no. of persons to calculate minimum income)

Section 9-details of your family members & persons included in undertakings in effect or not yet in effect signed by you & co-signer

i put my wife (co-signer) and son's details >>is this correct? do i also include my details as well?

section 10 complete this section only if your spouse is co-signing the undertaking:
i put my wife & sons name down>>>correct?

Sec 11:your spouse if they are not co-signing >left blank
12: every other family member not listed above & dependent on you financially->also left blank
is the above correct?

TIA

As usual there are so many selfish people who were too lazy to bother researching if they met the income requirements before taking part in the lottery.

Even though I already no longer have a horse in this race it still irks me to see these people exhibiting such Un-Canadian behavior and getting away scott free.

I just realized something.

Quebec has a much much lower income requirement. They also only need the most recent year's income. So for some it might make sense to move to Quebec then try the lottery if they don't meet the income requirements Federally.

Dose anyone know if Quebec residences were eligible for this draw? I mean it doesn’t say they are not eligible but has any one who applied from QC have been invited?
Yes, I received mine on Wednesday at. 9:31 AM. I live in Montreal
