i had submitted almost all documents which they asked for eg.medical/finger print/police clearance/proof of relationship back in february but website still shows in process. did anyone get final visa documents recently ?

My parents passed Medical on August 12, biometrics were done on Aug 19, we have just submitted PCC on September 30th. Can someone advise what would be the next step and how long approximately take after the above steps?
