PGP 2017 2nd Round Application - IMM 5669 Need Help!!

Hello Friends

I have a question regarding the Schedule A Background Declaration IMM 5669 form. Do i need to mention the UCI number if i have since i have applied for my parents Super Visa and got the UCI for each of my parents? Or will it be a different UCI#? My parents havent got the VISA yet but awaiting for medical and in the meantime i have got my spot in the 2nd Round of invitation and now applying for PGP 2017.

If anyone has experinced this can help me would be highly appreciated.

If u know the #, u should write it down. Just make sure it is UCI #, not case #.
