PGD>Bachelor vs PGD<Bachelor

Hi

I am so confused to see some post, please help me to understand the whole things-

I know Diploma courses are standing behind Bachelor degree, but can you help me to provide this information that Post Graduation Diploma programs are higher than Bachelor or lower? please don't mixed up Post Graduation Diploma with Diploma.

From my point of view as this is Post Graduation Diploma so it is standing between Bachelor and Masters
(Higher Secondary < Diploma < Bachelor < PGD < Masters < PhD < Doctorate). Am I right?
