Pg diploma vs Masters in Canada

Hi rahul here.I completed my B.tech with CSE background with 64.3 % and my IELTS score is 6.5.I have 1.3 years of experience in Java and Mobile Applications(Android). I wanted to know
1)Is that experience is useful in order to get a job in Canada.
2) Is there any difference in getting pg diploma in Canada rather than Masters as I am not eligible for Masters so I am thinking to go for PG Diploma.
3) Is there is any scope in Canada for PG Diploma?
4) I heard there are only few job opportunities for PG Diploma compared to Masters degree.
so please can anyone answer my questions.

Yes - of course there's a difference.

Master's degree is typically valued a great deal more and it's easier to find a well paying job.

Yes what u said was totally right but I am not eligible for masters so I am looking to do pg diploma.After pg diploma can I find the IT job?
