PG Diploma Course Benifit

Hi
I am working as a Software Quality Analyst in India for 2 and a half years. Total Work Experience is 3 years. I had completed B.tech in Computer Science in 2015.
I'm looking for PG Diploma course (1 year) related to Software Testing in Canada. I want to know if it will be helpful for me or not? Will I get a job there or not?
Also, if I want to apply for PR in Canada, is it possible right now?
Please advice me.

Not sure if a one year course will help you in PR. I may be wrong but I think that the courses have to be a minimum of 2 years to qualify for PR.
