Pg diploma acceptance chances?

Now the overall issue here is my number of backlogs (around 22-23).
My consultant told me about Conestoga college. What are my chances for this or any other college?

Pgc in wireless network infrastructure(1yr) conestoga college
10th - 89%
12th - 73%
B. Engineering - ECE - 69% (6 backlogs)
Ielts 6.5 (no band lessthan 6)
6 months experience as hardware& network engg
