PG course in finance

Hey guyz...i have completed my MBA in Finance from india..i'm looking forward to goto canada for finance related PG course like valuation modelling etc for 1 year or 2 years..i need a help as which universities are good with available courses for finance..hope people will help me out..thanks.

well since you have done an MBA you shouldnt really be looking at a course which is below masters level or it might raise suspicions wehn you go to apply for a study permit. i dont really know any universities who offer your chosen course but i suggest that you go on google and type in universities in canada and in wikipedia there is a list of all universities in each province.

having said that, make sure that which ever you chose to apply to is a participant in the off-campus work permit scheme because this will be vital if you want to work off campus while in canada and also if you intend to work after graduation :)

Actually i have got lower academic scores in my ssc,hsc and b.com i.e below 50%...so getting for master programs in canada will be very tough i guess...so looking for pg programs that can help me to support my finance studies...i have searchd on google but couldn't find any courses which i'm looking for..if you guyz have any idea where i can get into masters of finance with lower academics ..that will be gr8 for me..thanks.

Oh okay, you can't get into masters with that then. But you can try Seneca college or George brown ?

Since you said you are MBA,then check out humber, centenial GBM program (2 year PG program).

We have member in forum named sandhujas. he was MBA and got visa for this program.

Cool...will check that out....is there any lower ranked universities for masters in financial risk management program ? i'm looking to go for masters only now because by going with PG it will demote myself
