PG certification work permit

I know that the work permit you get after post graduation will be equal to the duration of the course you did in the country. If i do TWO 1 year Post graduate certification courses one after the other , does that mean i get a work permit for the duration of the course (which is equal to 1 year individually) OR the total duration of study in Canada (two years) ?

As far as I know, it really depends on the people from CIC who will be evaluating your papers. Some got 2-3 yrs PGWP and there are some who only got 1 yr PGWP. I think its really a gamble and you really need to take a risk if you really want to push through with that way.
