Pg certificate of 6 month is recognised by IQAS for ECA?

I have done 4 year bechelors degree programme and also got its ECA done last year from WES. and now I am planning to pursue a 6 month Post graduate certificate programme from IGNOU to improve my CRS score further. I am lilltle hesitant about pursuing as I am not sure whether it will be recognised by IQAS or not. Kindly advise for the same.
