No, that's not necessarily possible. You don't have a right to appeal a refusal like this; the lawyers must apply for judicial review and seek permission of the Court to do the review. That can be done relatively quickly but I doubt it can be done in less than a month. You'd then have to re apply for a visa.

I'm concerned that your consultants are lying to you. Demand that they give you a copy of the petition to the court and proof they are actually applying for judicial review.

That's not how this works. You've been banned for five years, you can't just reapply the next day because "you have concerns".

Every refusal letter says that. It is standard.

You have been banned for five years. The only way to overcome that objection is to wait five years.

Any application you make in the next five years will be refused because you are banned.

That's a standard line on all refusal letters. If you've been banned, you cannot reapply.

Think they are either scamming you or they made a mistake and caused you to get a ban. Don't think they can break it in one month....do keep us updated on your situation.

They are lying to you. This is not possible. If they are asking for more money, you shouldn't pay them.

I am getting a strange feeling, that you might be scammed from the very start. If you do not mind, why not share the whole story (what are you applying for, how did you get refusal letter and how were those "fees" paid).

Have you been banned?

If you've been banned, there is nothing you can do about Canada for five years.

At the cost of thousands of dollars, you can hire a lawyer to try to ask a court in Canada to review the decision. But that will be very expensive and take a long time.

You can try to go to other countries.

Appreciate your feedback to my situation as below:

Background: I am a Canadian PR and have applied Spousal-O application and TRV application at the same time. There are two TRV applications which are currently in process.
TRV Application A: Submitted before getting married. Withdrawal request submitted on Feb 14,2021.
TRV Application B: Submitted after marriage and on Feb 15, 2021.
We made an unintentional mistake and forgot to mention USA visa refusal in TRV apps. Then, we sent letter of explanation that it was unintentional mistake for app B on Feb 23, 2021.

Now, we have received PFL for app A today (though withdrawal request was already submitted for the same on Feb 14).
I will pen down that it was unintentional mistake and that i have already submitted the LOE before to IRCC on Feb 23 (for TRV app B) and attaching the same letter again. is there anything else, which is required to be done?
