This is a rather new enforcement change so nobody can confirm. I assume the chances are much better if the spouse is abroad.

Both in Canada. You should be alright since you're outside. You just need to wait for the borders to reopen.

Well we are travelling to canada once border re opens and application is in progress. Did you apply yet as spouse non accompanying

I received ITA with her as non accompanying, but I haven't accepted the invitation yet, which I may have to considering my score.

Assume they have a TRVs. There are no guarantees that visitors will be admitted so is they need to leave the US they may need to consider other options.

Yes your assumption is correct, we are awaiting clarity on Work Visa s from Canada. Not travelling till they open border

This is an incredibly fluid situation. Would make sure you have a plan B If you need to leave the US by a certain date.
