Pf amount not with EPFO but with the trust account of the organisation

Hi all
Please suggest if I can use provident fund as the POF ?
The pf account is not maintained by EPFO but my organisation's trust.
I cannot view the amount from members passbook for epfo. However, I can check the PF amount from excelity global website which maintains data of tax, salary slips and pf amount for previous and current year.

Please advise if I can show my PF amount if I have such a situation.

I'm in the same situation. Only an unsigned digital copy of the PF statement is available on Excelity. Were you able to use it?
