If you are the applicant who is directly affected by IRCC delays and unfair processing of applications, or if you know someone who is, please sign the petition below so our voices reaches to IRCC and to express our frustrations and distress of this unfair treatment for applications specially those from 2021 and 2022. I am a June 2021 applicant, filed mandamus in June 2023 and just got scheduled for an oath in August. I'll sign :)

I tried to get some official processing time data from IRCC stats department, and failed so far

I guess I will look into if it is possible to lodge a complaint against their stats department, and otherwise, try to get the data through ATIP

Should the petition go to IRCC? Maybe it is better to petition to higher government officials?
IRCC seems to think that everything is perfect as long as 80% of applications are processed in 12 months and has no interest in dealing with the leftovers

I think eventually we can forward it to the government, but this morning I found a e-petition that you can make directly on the government website, will try to get it going tonight
