personal two id for oath

Your PR Card, Current Passport besides Driving License should suffice the need.

I wasn't asked for any IDs at all during my oath ceremony besides the PR card. They just took my PR card and that was it..
DL + a credit card or a bank card should do it, but I would also bring a hydro bill under your name and address, cell phone bill etc. Your current passport as Canadiandesi2006 said. As long as you can you prove that you is you, I don't think you'll have any problems.

passport pr are most important health card any ways is not a valid photo id driving license will work. Still if it's bothering you too much about health card apply for new one n keep the receipt with you so you can show them if required but honestly all the take on oath day is ur pr n passport pretty much..

thank you very much for replies.yes i have passport, pr card, sin card,driver licence , bank card and bank statement. i just don't have health card that's it.
