Personal history - separate lines for students on summer break?

My wife is a university student and is filling out the personal history section. She has been studying at the same university since age 18 and has not traveled or worked anywhere during that time (not even during her summer breaks). Does she need to list each summer vacation in her personal history or can she put that entire period of study in one line?
