Personal History Question

On the Schedule A Background / Declaration form there is a section for "Personal History". I'm confused on how specific I need to be here. I'm currently living in Canada and have been since May 2013. However, I've taken some day-trips or even a week long trip to the United States to visit my family. Do I need to mention every single time I went across the border to Burlington for some shopping / lunch? How specific does this section need to be, and what are they looking for here?

Day and weekend vacations, my husband didn't include. Even 3 weeks he came with me to visit my family in Canada at Christmas. We included any schooling, employment, and address changes in. This section

I assume this is for your places of residence. Only list your actual places of residences. If you were renting an apartment in Canada and then went to visit your folks for XMAS then don't list your parents place.
