Personal History - proof of stay from 2003-2005 not available

Hi all
will it be required to submit the proof of all past residences...

I stayed in college hostel from 2003-2005
and away in another city on job from 2006-2007
and with my brother in Doha twice for 3 months period and 9 months in a company provided accommodation..
However there are no rent receipts or any other proof of residence that I can submit now....no such documents are obtainable also...I am not claiming points for the said 9months period and will be mentioning in my personal history only.(I have service completion certificate & offer and relieving letter etc as proof of employment)

please confirm if we will be required to submit proof of residence for all past accommodations..
