Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello there,

I got my ETA on Feb 8th. I should be done with the first stage of the application today (no medicals, nor pcc yet).
On the personal history section, it asks to submit everything I have been doing over the past 10 years starting with the most recent one. I just noticed that my dates are all over the place. There are no gaps btw. Is that ok? Or do I really need to submit everything in chronological order starting with the most recent activity?

Thank you

Enter them as instructed, they will maybe mess up because of some still "ongoing" activities.
If you did it like that already and its messed up, its not your fault

Congrats on your ITA!

I haven't seen any explicit rules on this, and I don't know if the system automatically reorders things by date. Just as a matter of course, though, it makes sense to put things in chronological order. Even if you've got a lot of entries, you could plug it all into a spreadsheet and program it to order everything by date.

Personally, I'm going to do everything I possibly can to make my file easy for a VO to read. The less they have to be confused or annoyed by, the faster my application will be approved. Just my .02. ;)

Mmm I'll re enter them. I don't want there to be any confusions. And sorry, I meant ITA, not ETA. haha
Also, I have 74 days left to submit everything. Do I still have enough time you think? I'm already getting stressed about the application. lol

Thank you

You need to mention it in reverse chronological order (starting from the most recent) without any gaps in between.

Mine are currently 80% in order because i noticed some gaps and added them on to the end. This isn't ideal but there are now no gaps. Due to answering yes to stat questions and working in government positions I am expecting a Schedule A request anyway, whereby I will submit it all in complete order.

I also had it out of order. Also i wanted to add something at the end (oldest entry). So I had to empty the stack and fill it up again, bottom up. Ugh!

I'm still debating doing this... I may still do it this week... I just can't bring myself to delete all those details again! I probably should... might as well, right?

Although the instructions say it should be in reverse chronological order, I think the system will eventually sort it out in order, nevertheless or at least it shouldn't be a problem.

I have reordered mine. Took 2 hours but looks cleaner.
