Personal history of Schedule A, should I put "now" under "To"?

For my most recent personal history, should I write "now" under "To" since it's my current job?

Some people write same day they signed the form in "To" Section. So if form was filled and signed on 21 June then in "TO" section it will be "21 June".

or

Some people print the from without writing date in "To" section and then write "Present" with black pen after printing it.

You can do either of it. Non of them is wrong. But I would go with 1st option as Form asks specifically for date.
