Hi guys,

I'm about to submit my PR application but I still have some doubts about the Personal History section of the IMM008 form.
What if the space in the form is not enough? Should I photocopy the original blank form page and keep on listing everything there or provide them with a list of my activities written in a separated paper sheet?

I'm in favour of the second one.

Any suggestion?

either way, up to you

my choice is to use an excel or word table document to maintain this data and attach with a comment on original form "see attached", properly labeled and signed of course

The instructions say you should add an additional piece of paper. You have to read these VERY carefully. Here's a link to the HTML version, there's also a pdf version, which I printed and read twice before starting.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp

For additional information - here's what I did:

On the top of the paper I put the my name and the exact name of the form.

Then I copied the questions exactly as it was on the form (including the number). I created a table exactly like the one on the form, using Word. And then I filled in that table.

I stapled the additional sheets to the forms they went with.

In my cover letter I listed all the forms I had included noting "with additional information" for those forms to which I had added more information.

I like to think of it as detailed ;-)

hi use an addendum to personal and addrss history if it is not fitting on to main form

In my opinion the most important thing is to provide them with a detailed list of what you attach and why.

I think that they are well aware that space in the application is too small to include all your recent history.

They have instructed several times that for additional details attach a seperate sheet.
