Hi guys...I received ITA on Nov28 and have finalized my application for submission. I am confused on few things and really appreciate your help and clarifications.

1. Personal history is months and year. So can one activity finish in Aug and next start in Sept? I had quit one job in Aug and then moved to UK for studies in September. In between I was unemployed for a month. So can I just mention job until aug and education from sept? Or do I need to add unemployed period from Aug to Sept.
2. Is there any order for scanning docs. I’m including all degrees and transcripts and placing WES and IELTS in the end. Hope that’s fine.
3. Does LOE needs to be signed?
4. I have one visa refusal which I have mentioned in the statutory questions. Is it a good idea to include schedule A upfront for myself and husband?
5. POF has a bank balance letter and single page 6 month statement. Any additional document is required?

Looking forward to your help and any last minute checks are appreciated. Thanks a lot.

When you are finished inputting info, click on check for completeness, if there are any gaps it will not allow you to proceed.

3. Does LOE needs to be signed? No
4. I have one visa refusal which I have mentioned in the statutory questions. Is it a good idea to include schedule A upfront for myself and husband? Sometimes they request schedule A later on, so you definitely can upload it
5. POF has a bank balance letter and single page 6 month statement. Any additional document is required? If you can obtain the liability letter from bank, would be great, otherwise what you have is enough

Looking forward to your help and any last minute checks are appreciated. Thanks a lot.

  1. There should be NO gaps in personal history (eg: if one activity ends 2017-08, the next entry MUST start 2017-08 itself. If you have a hgap explain it off as 'sabbatical' or 'vacation'.
  2. Check my earlier post today: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/uploading-documents-letter-of-explanation.600775/#post-7449061
  3. You can sign & date it
  4. Include Schedule A upfront (I did so too), include it in the Letter of Explanation pdf and clearly state it in the LoE.
  5. You need to have a letter from the bank (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html). For proof, you must get official letters from any banks or financial institutions where you are keeping money. Letter(s) must:
    • be printed on the financial institution’s letterhead
    • include their contact information (address, telephone number and email address)
    • include your name
    • list outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans
    • include, for each current bank and investment account:
      • account numbers
      • the date each account was opened
      • the current balance of each account
      • the average balance for the past six months

Thanks. Can someone please confirm this as I have been able to proceed with entering proceeding details from next subsequent month.

E.g.
1. Employment until 2013-08
2. Educational Activity starting 2013-09

In the meanwhile I stayed in the country of my employment till 2013-09 before heading to UK for studies.

Since there is no date option, having a gap could lead to a delay where it could internally get flagged for internal opinion / or ADR. So when I submitted my Schedule A, I have shown it (using my dates) as:

1. Employment until 2013-08
2. Educational Activity starting 2013-08

Am assuming that by Educational Activity you are indicating some educational activity also listed under 'Schedule A Item 7 Education'

Yes that’s right. In schedule A, do you hand write the name in the native language section?
Schedule A is a pdf form, you can open it in adobe acrobat reader and type into the fields. The only thing hand-written in my Schedule A is the date & signature,

Hello
For Schedule A, personal history
I was working and studying (distant learning) however my degree of institute is UK.
What should I write under status in country for studying part, as I never traveled?

It should be filled as per your actual location.

Thanks for the help
Also regarding the schedule A form
I am confused which one to use?
IMM 5669e
OR eIMM 5669e
I received as ADR
IMM 5669e is a general form.

While, eIMM 5669e is an electronic form usually required to be filled for sponsorship /or refugee status specific applications.

However, we have seen both of these forms being requested as ADRs to the PR candidates(in/outland) individually.

thank you so much for your reply.
Actually they haven't specified which form.
they requested schedule A to be signed manually and upload it.
They haven't shared any link or attachment of the form.

So shall I submit IMM 5669e ?
What do you suggest.
