Personal History for Spouse

Hi, Does the personal history needs to be matched with the Addresses as there is a City mentioned in it. For Example if my wife stayed in two different cities on different occassions, do I need to mention all the Cities in the personal history and mark it as Home Maker?

Yes, all the addresses/cities she has stayed during past 10 years.
