Check your tax returns

Do you have T4? if you filed taxes, most likely you should have your T4, the timelines are mentioned there.

Thanks!

Havent you got NOA with you? If you don't have one you can find it on CRA account for last 10 years.

I have checked my T4 slips and NOA .... it has company name I worked for and year but not the month or date....

Thanks!

Check your bank statement you will get salary deposit in your account on base of that you will get month or from t4 get company name and address contact them to confirm month.

Do you need specific date or something because your NOA and T4 has specific year mentioned on it. BTW What do need paystubs for?

8) Personal form : provide the detail of personal history the age of 18, or whichever comes first
Since 2011 till 2012 I worked for 4 to 5 places/companies; According to personal history from I need to fill out year and month. I am not sure about month.

ohk. I don't see any way to find those date. sorry. :(

May put dates closer to what you think you might have started working or see if anybody have advice for you to find a way to find dates.

If you were employed, just look up the Records of Employment on Service Canada's website

Yep. Records of employment (ROEs) have start and end dates...
