I got the PR VISA of Canada now after reaching Canada the immigrant officer themselves will provide me with the PR card or again I have to fill the application form and pay the fees? Because this stuff of application and paying fees is already been done and sent to IRCC via mail then only they gave me the visa. Now what else is needed to be done. Please guide

When arriving to Canada they will process your arrival and pr status right there. The copr doc when signed is proof you are a PR.

The or card itself will be mailed to you a month or two later (typically). You'll need a residential address for them to mail it.

Actually I checked the visa I got and my expired PR card both have same ID NO. So i think it's just now the officer duty at the airport to check the details and give we the card in a month or so? Am I right?

Wait, it sounds like I completely misunderstood your situation. You are a newly arriving PR or not? Or is this a PRTD?

If it's a PRTD the situation is completely different and ignore my previous.

Nothing will be automatic at all. And on what basis did you get the PRTD?

See my question to you is... Once a get a PRTD what else I need to do after going to Canada to get my RENEW PR Card? Is it an automatic process or I need to submit some kind of application?

You will need to give more information, but it will not be automatic. And you would be better to post in the Permanent Residency Obligations subforum here and read posts there:
https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/forums/permanent-residency-obligations.11/

Mainly to begin: are you out of or in compliance with the residency obligation? By how much? What are the circumstances you got your PRTD by (what type - ie H&C or some other)? Last time in Canada? Do you have a SIN number?

Warning: it is possible that it would be better for you not to apply for a PR card right away. Not having a PR card does not mean you are not a PR or illegal. You can mainly live in Canada as a PR without a PR card and work, live without too many difficulties (but depends on circumstances and province).
