Permanent resident travel document

Hi,
I became PR Card holder on December 10 and separated after departure, my all documents are with my husband. I was in Dubai with my ex-husband and missed at his home when I was leaving. he gave address to his friend home for PR Card delivery. Now he hold my PR Card.

I have only visa stamped on my passport which I used during my first visit. I am in India. Can someone help me how to travel back Canada and what is processing time of PRTD?

we back on 17 December 2018 and got separated very next day. I completed all documentation of divorce papers

Clearly there is something fraudulent going on. People don't get divorced the day after a 1 week soft landing without knowing they were planning on separating in advance.
